The Los Angeles Chapter of the Neighborhood Network Watch will be conducting training sessions for the Network Identification and Collection Division (NICD). It will be looking to train more extensively the current Los Angeles chapter in network identification techniques and tactics. NICD teams will also continue to field test the iPod Touch/iPhone as a "spotting" and "sniffing" platform.
